Thread: getting "can't open display" when using ssh


i'm used ssh-ing other box, , running gui apps after setting display=:0
x server on box i'm ssh-ing because i'm not using ssh -x.
upgrade 12.04.1, stopped working (coincidence?)

i'd working can run programs ssh.

fwiw: x *server* computer having physical display, computer in front of you.

display=:0 ... ? points same machine. no ip address needed?

, why don't use 'ssh -x'? works me without difficult display stuff.
