I paid the renewal of Adobe connect and I still reciving a notice of cancellation the account!

i write provider in france, meetingone. says normal. have written https://adobeformscentral.com/ (contact adobe connect sales)  not give me answer. please, else can do?

i have shared thread, internally, support team. should or contact more details.
