How can I modify the tag_unsubscribe in my email campaign?

i have reseached , says can add type or modify own message. understand unsubscribe cannspam issue , madatory. can not find tag modify. on web page see if add tags can modify them or them through right hand menu while under develop window. not have option in email campaign window.

if not add tag put in automatically @ bottom, if add tag use depending on want , place it.

to change wording below:

{tag_unsubscribe,click here remove our lists}
