Audio sync issues with variable frame rates as well as .ts files

i'm using premiere pro cs6 , cc, in windows 8.

i bought avermedia live gamer hd card capture 1080p footage with, , the videos produces work during playback. no sync issues whatsoever. i'm saving them mp4 @ 30fps.

the problem when import them premiere pro, audio loses sync @ points. after bit of digging, i've discovered videos have variable frame rate, premiere pro not support. don't know why, considering competing products cheaper can handle them problem, oh well. capture card can save videos in .ts format, produces constant frame rate, when import them premire pro sync off second or more. assume entirely different reason. again, play without problem. upon emailing avermedia, told adobe's problem , there nothing it.

what i'm wondering if there sort of realistic solution of now. there way premiere can work files have variable frame rate? if not, being worked on?

or maybe there's way .ts files in sync, way variable frame rate issue doesn't matter anyway.

converting files not long term solution. i'm working hours , hours of hd video, , take way time this.

manually resyncing audio not solution. again, way wasted time each project.

the solution see of switch sony vegas until problem resolved in premiere, if ever is. i'm hoping there other way, if has idea how fix this, i'd appreciate it.

thank you.

tl/dr:

is there way around premiere pro not working variable framerates? .ts files out of sync, there way fix that? without converting or manually resyncing.

variable frame rate, premiere pro not support. don't know why

because there no professional standard in world uses variable frame rates.  consumer level programs handle non-standard media better pp.
