Thread: Resized / Converted an NTFS Partition on my Ubuntu Server To EXT4 Warning Message


i resized ntfs partition , created ext4 partition free space on ubuntu server in datacenter running on ubuntu 10.04. after going through process through gparted, i've got warning error says:

error: current ntfs volume size bigger device size!


partition not contain boot record. don't understand error message begin with, i'm wondering if ok if restart machine? safe restart error? new ext4 partition resized partition works great... grub default boot loader... windows 1 called after grub if option selected. please let me know.

anyone?
