Just what is Adobe PDF Pack?


i called 1-800-833-6687 twice , each time told there no security issue adobe pdf pack because software downloaded computer , documents, when being converted, never leave computer.  website seems different that.  statement told correct??  if so, paying each month keep program on computer??

adobe pdf pack online subscription offering.  can access service @ url: https://createpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html, entering adobe id , password. once signed in, have access following features:

  1. export pdf files office formats (*xlsx, *.doc, *.docx, *.pptx, *.rtf)
  2. combine files (up 12) single pdf file
  3. create pdf file of file types listed here: https://www.acrobat.com/createpdf/en/supported-file-formats.html

in order perform 1, 2, or 3 above first upload file service. once service has converted file, automatically stored acrobat.com cloud storage , have option of downloading locally.

 

to answer initial question, there no need install software on computer in order access subscription.  launch favorite browser, navigate sign in page , log in.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
