GH3 lost to the HMC150 - Color or Nature of the footage


this may seem camera question more weather seeing correctly.

 

i have 2 sets of cameras. pair of hmc150's , pair of gh3's, both panasonic. have worked hmc more gh3. got fancy led tv wifi capable. yesterday decided watch few of videos on vimeo.  watched these 2.

on new tv hmc comes off smoother , driving me crazy. both 4:2:0 cameras aprarently seeing footage externally monitor in unstable way. me there no way hmc avchd 23mbps footage should better 50mbps .mov gh3.

 

things have noted:

 

1. there seems less noise in hmc footage (gh3 @ 200iso 12-35mm f/2.8 lens)

2. darker colors seem muddier in gh3 footage

3. blacks grainier in gh3 footage

 

i sure not camera how seeing via calibrated u2410 through bm intensity.  1 camera ccd , other cmos.

 

what guys see?

i'd recommend using blu-ray , hdtv these kinds of comparisons, not vimeo.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
