Configure site when document root is different from site root folder


hi all,

 

is possible configure site in dw , use "preview in <browser>" when server document root not same dw site root?

 

example:

i have /mysite directory locally. has has 2 subfolders: htdocs , nonpublicdocs. same structure on web server. it's documentroot set /mysite/htdocs , /mysite/nonpublicdocs used php config files (used during server request processing). when set dw site root /myserver , try preview eg. index.php, located in htdocs folder, dw calls http://mysite/htdocs/index.php instead of http://mysite/index.php.

 

is there way configure dw site , preview work such directory/server setup?

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
