Exporting PDF results in inconsistent Colours in inDesign

hi everyone!

i'm trying export document digital print consists of embeded psd.

i have 2 spreads, 1 objects on top of psd file , 1 without. psd backgrounds on these 2 spreads identical, when export pdf, 1 seems convert cmyk while other remains rgb. both have same profiles in ps. i've tried various settings , can't seem fix this.

i notices if place objects on top of first spread, renders same second. here result in pdf:

untitled-1.jpg

that same corner of same spread, , change made added object on top (beige area) can see colour has rendered differently. why in world indesign doing this? please help.

thanks

dalton

sounds transparency blend space mismatch. if images rgb, ake sure blend space rgb.
