Creating a site - no images


i've created site http://www.ammap.com/visited_states/, inserted file link internet browser, there's no image blank site. can walk me through once after saving "[name].html"..?

first define local site folder.  without critical 1st step, dw cannot manage site assets you.  go site > new site.  tell dw want keep site files on local hard drive.  see screenshot.

next, go servers , enter ftp log-in credentials remote server.  info supplied web hosting provider.  if don't have permanent hosting yet, can skip part until web hosting.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
