New Brush Lag with Tablet on Photoshop CC


i got new intuos pro medium make design life easier , enjoyed how worked photoshop, of more complex brushes. @ 1 point, got whole lot slower tablet, point of being unusable. basic brush of circle impossible out of. using touch feature slow, not slow. drawing mouse fine.

i understand can turn spacing down in brush settings, did try did seem pretty bad compromise seeing used work fine. made no difference anyway, @ 1000% spacing, speed of drawing tablet snail's pace.

this makes me think it's not graphics card issue, issue photoshop communicating tablet. way of comparison, illustrator still lightning fast, bristle brushes.

 

i have tried running without plugins, updating graphics , tablet drivers , reinstalling photoshop. after of this, tried resetting preferences , few seconds problem went away, came back. since then, resetting preferences in photoshop has done nothing. have disabled preferences sync.

 

i can't have done computer have caused this. have updated windows 8.1, problem started before update did.

i'm on xps l502x (laptop), graphics card nvidia geforce gtx 540m 8gb ram , intel core i7-2760qm @ 2.40ghz if makes difference.

 

does have advice on matter?

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
