Navigation through documents using Adobe Reader.


i purchased cs6 ten months ago. , have began subscribing 'creative cloud'. produce pdf documents rely success, on reader being able jump 1 view of page in document page, , back, via hyperlinks in text, , using 'previous view' , 'next view' buttons". in latest version of 'reader' can no longer move these actions toolbar 'arrow' icons, have go menu , go sub-item category , activate either of these functions. , have sequence every time want use function. represents significant reduction in total functionality of 'free' 'adobe reader'. see on screen advertisement encouraging me 'buy' adobe reader. perhaps commercial version have lost functionality of 'totally free' 'universal product' have been using years.

when create document in acrobat, expect produce pdf can read in adobe reader. can't expect them purchase acrobat. thought 'reader' meant 'free pdf reader', not have buy.

any thoughts or suggestions?

first of all, can't buy reader. it's free product. adobe selling pdf package, offers additional functionality beyond reader can do, ie convert , pdf format, has nothing issue.

 

adding previous , next view buttons reader toolbar easy. right-click , select page navigation , tick these options under menu. they'll added toolbar , access them. , if don't want can add buttons file execute these commands directly, , not dependent on users adding them toolbar.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
