Why does Premiere Elements 12 refuse to run under Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with 8 Gb Ram?


i want try in trial mode before paying such outlandish price it, thing happens when try running premiere elements 12 on system error window...

 

titled "adobe premiere elements 12.exe - application error"

 

and containing message "the application unable start correctly (0xc000007b). click ok close application."

premiere elements 12 performs in windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit.

 

so, let go through typical drill , 0 in on specific situation...

 

1.do have latest version of quicktime installed on computer premiere elements 12?

2. running program run administrtor and/or user account administrative privileges?

3. video card driver date according web site of manufacturer of video card?

 

the fix not confirmed yet, should check out suggestions in following recent thread here on topic?

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
