Thread: deleting utorrent (files)


i blindly tried install utorrent computer. followed instructions website didn't work. wanted stop , remove.

tried on page:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1842951

/opt/utorrent-server-v3.0 folder still remains.
tried remove according post:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1544097

deleted files in directory when say:
sudo rm /opt/utorrent-server-v3.0/

says:

rmdir: failed remove `/opt/utorrent-server-v3_0/': directory not empty

can delete this?

code:
sudo rm -rf /opt/utorrent-server-v3.0/
this perform recursive forced removal. because doing forced removal root privellage not warned potential problems. double check doing right file location can highly destructive if wrong.

hi, if developing platform independent software in linux using gtk+/gtkmm , you've managed cross compile windows, guide you. i'm posting because after researching topic myself, encountered many posts people have abandoned gtk+/gtkmm wxwidgets because of gtks ugly default appearance in windows/wine. gtk+ themeable in windows/wine gnome. have set correctly . . . here's how. guide gtkmm gtk+ similar. Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
