Thread: How can I downgrade from qt 4 to qt 3. ?


i want install older program wont compile qt4 - how downgrade qt 3 ?

you can install qt3 alongside qt4: there no need remove qt4. on ubuntu 12.04 package want qt3-dev-tools (and optionally qt3-designer, qt3-assistant if need these). packages same in older ubuntu versions.

these packages installable via synaptic or apt-get. don't know how find them in software centre.

hi, if developing platform independent software in linux using gtk+/gtkmm , you've managed cross compile windows, guide you. i'm posting because after researching topic myself, encountered many posts people have abandoned gtk+/gtkmm wxwidgets because of gtks ugly default appearance in windows/wine. gtk+ themeable in windows/wine gnome. have set correctly . . . here's how. guide gtkmm gtk+ similar. (1) firstly, download , install gtkmm windows using wine. Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
