my creative cloud membership is suspended. Help needed!


my credit card provider warned me possible hack (in adobe account). had ask new credit card. after reception of new card, entered new billing information.

yesterday, got notified adobe creative cloud membership had been suspended because credit card information incorrect. logged adobe account verify information shown appeared correct 1 (the new card). when editing however, old card information showed up. made necessary changes once more , saved. certain, time, re-edited , astonishment, old information showed again. since then, tried not able save new card info. (yes tried emtying cache, yes tried in google chrome in explorer etc ...). today tried contacting adobe customer support country (belgium). think heard full cd of horrible muzak no 1 answer phone. live chat available nobody responded. evening, tried 1 more time change credit card information. time, there message showing up, saying: "sorry, error occurred. please retry later).

so please adobe, can me changing credit card information or can hacking give me access my account?
