Creative Cloud Installer failes to install itself!


i bought creative cloud subscription photoshop , lightroom, although have ps cs6. wanted secure introductory subscription rate next year. have received acknowledgement of this.

 

however, when download creative cloud installer, , run it, fails uninformative message "installation failed" without error code. nothing in faqs or pages deals this. believe me, have read every single page of them! (phew!!)

 

i running windows 8.1. have tried downloading ie 11, opera, , chrome. same file downloaded each time, each instance of fails install.

 

i thoroughly cleaned registry, @ least far reputable free registry cleaner can it, still cannot installer install itself.

 

help!!

ps live in japan, , adobe site dumps me japanese language area, find endlessly frustrating. please kind copy replies my account mail address, not sure of being able reach page again.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
