hi.   i have followed advice http://forums.adobe.com/message/5771851 (point 5) on converting make cs 6 version useable on cs5.5   i & 2 others have found 5.5 crashes after doing this. have advice on this?   thanks if crash, try old trick of importing project project instead of opening directly. cs6 has lot of changes in user interface, information stored in cs6 project can't parsed on opening in cs5.5, while can resolved when import project opened one, hence related ui data have no influence on how workspace should like. i college student in film production class.  our school computers have premiere pro on macs , have premiere elements on pc.   for last couple projects have been editing in premiere elements on pc , saving them wmv files, , using premiere pro convert files mov or mp4 because required format our assignments.  have been having problem.    when take exported wmv files premiere elements , put premiere pro , try move timeline edit says that  clip doesn't match sequence's setting.   when tell keep settings speeds audio while keeping video @ same speed.  when tell change settings speeds audio , stretches out video.   i not know if case wmv files, has been problem ones have edited in premiere elements.  macs @ school have no problem reading original wmv files in full quality shot them in, when import them premiere pro have problem.   any suggestions how fix problem helpful!   thank you! why not editing in ppro?   save steps ...

(i'm talking 104+ hours @ 1 point) checked settings , tried other export options, still acting wonky. tried removing effects , export normal sequence sans frills. na da. thought, "you know what, maybe it's weird part , it'll pass through it." nope. left going 13 hrs , moving slow thought frozen.   here's odd discovery comes in. decided render work area of timeline in attempt narrow down problem , bingo. when started render here able view frame count along video clip progression via number , red line becomes green. discovered in first clip that's 4 sec (should 120 frames) ...

i have 2 pcs per signature below. both run 10.04.01 (both upgraded 9.10 1 cloned other). both have nvidia cards running driver 195. 1 uses 9800gt, other 7800gt. both pcs have had monitors upgraded crt monitors hp zr2440w ips lcd monitors, have native resolution of 1980 x 1200. on pc 9800gt, once nvidia xserver settings component of "system/administration/nvidia xserver settings" set correct resolution , result saved in etc/x11/xorg.conf using nvidia gui, screen resolution became fixed @ desired 1920 x 1200. on 7800gt pc, changed resolution "takes" during session, rebooting results in 1280 x 768 no matter whether set resolution 1980 x 1200 in gui, auto in gui, or manually change xorg.conf. have confirmed gui changes become xorg.conf changes. have confirmed after boot up, xorg.conf still correct, though nvidia xserver settings gui has reverted resolution setting of 1280 x 768. getting value from? relevant part of xorg.conf working pc...

hello i created module true/false question feedback , @ end of module 10 issues noted. want 10 questions counted in score. not want true/false question accounted in score. however want correct , incorrect feedback. created question of type 'note'. pb: when learner after validation quiz click on "see answers of quiz" returned true question wrong , not @ beginning of quiz. how can avoid this? thanks suggestions. don't use true/false quiz question.  captivate still regard being part of quiz.   build true/false interaction on normal slide using buttons or radio button widgets.  not have issue of being counted in quiz questions during review. hello. creative director in in-house mktg department , former designer, no longer company, took care of creating ipad app via indesign. have source files, 7 indd files, 7 folio files, , final ipa file, send our global department, take , necessary put on our internal company app store our end users (sales force - in house) download mobile devices.   the ipa built under older version of dps , v28 out, supports ios7, want rebuild , create new ipa file send our global department can deploy users on ios7 on ipads.   i trying figure out workflow , necessary. know app icons have new sizes in ios7, beyond else need create new ipa? can use existing folio files?   fyi, 7 folios 1 final "app." i'm not sure precise terminology.   thank much. i assume enterprise build houses folios. don't need folios @ all.   just use app builder create new version of app using version 28. app builder wizard of sorts. follow instructions.
