Reinstallng Adobe Flash professional

hello all,

motherboard on laptop died , had replaced - laptop has new mac address now.

in process - hard drive died , had reformatted.

so - want re-installe adobe flash - , not able "release" license key laptop prior failure.

will let me so? i'm assuming not - life of me cannot figure out how ahold of adobe support email address ask help.
