download issue


i purchased new pc act backup , dev computer. main computer mac. have adobe cloud account. have apps on both machines when need them. however, when download apps on new pc, receive "patch" errors. when retry, error still comes up. because im trying activate 2 computers on same account or because have 1 mac , 1 pc...? else maybe? thanks

could please provide screenshot of error seeing?

 

there shouldn't issue installing on both mac , pc long signing in same adobe id on both systems.

using value from one form field in another form field

i hope can accurately describe problem. please bear me   i have worksheet lot of form fields. text boxes , few combo boxes. i'm using lot of custom calculation scripts determine information auto populates of fields. but i'm having problems 1 last form field named orthoplanid.   the value auto populates depends on 2 other fields. 1 field called medoop. other field suppdenplanid. tried using if/then/else statement orthoplanid it's not working. guessing doesn't work b/c value in medoop field generated if/then statement i'm not sure if script recognizes value true value or not.   is there way around this? i'm not sure if i've explained problem hope can   thanks, brandy it's hard without being able @ form, can begin confirming field calculation order correct (it's not same thing tab order) , checking see if errors reported in javascript console (ctrl+j).
