Trouble installing CS 6.0 update

i'm trying install cs 6.0 update, receive error "a qualifying product not found on computer."  have adobe cs 5.5 web premium installed, , believe qualifying product.  so, i'm not sure why i'm receiving error message. please help.

you cannot update cs5.5 product cs6 product.

 

you can upgrade cs5.5 cs6 there charge , download , install cs6 program(s), not convert cs5.5 cs6 program.
