Thread: Network files problem


hello! have router openwrt, has 1 hdd. use samba share folders.

works (create folder, copy, move...) in windows 7, kubuntu , others distros kde.

in fresh instalation of ubuntu 12.04 can access samba share, can't create folders, move files...

, erros is: "the file or folder smb://192.168.1.3/myshare not exists"

idea?

did set access based on usernames (using smbpasswd)?

have same username , password other clients?

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
