Acrobat Update messes up System

cs6 installed.

a recent acrobat update install never succeeded.

leaves win 7 64 throwing errors @ boot. missing drivers.

photoshop unhappy distiller.

 

after wating on 2 hours adobe crew in india not work out do.

they promise call never do.

 

what can 1 do?

 

they ignore open case.

can try system restore date before bad update?
