How to flow text across multiple pages in 9


my form lengthy, , 1 master page section text no form fields, text 10+ pages, depending on version of terms , conditions provided.  in link, http://forums.adobe.com/message/5112687, there discussion on how accomplish in 8.2, how accomplish in 9?  able paste 10+ pages , have automatically flow master page section. have tried placing text field , tried text flowable subform, setting multiple lines, keep next, not sure how set properly.  can see plus sign @ bottom of text box, when preview, not flow other pages.  hoping avoid setting 10+ pages in form, time time these terms/conditions updated, , faster able copy/paste word set text field or subform.  hope makes sense, , appreciate advice, thank you.

the flowing aspect people filling out form, not designing form unfortunately.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
