Captivate 7 Crashes When Applying Effect


hi everyone:  using captivate 7.0.0.118 on windows 8 machine.  trying apply "ease in" effect smart object on slide.  every time go apply effect , click "live preview" captivate stops responding , requires me close program.  have tried running administrator , have cleared preferences utils folder.  add animation , visual effects project, can't waste time having crash.  project being developed template provided customer.  if try apply "ease in" blank project, works fine.


any way troubleshoot template customer or why template cause issue.  thoughts / advice appreciated.  thank you.

have tried isolating object , placing in new project, applying ease in, copying , pasting desired project?

 

maybe going.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
