Shortcut keys not working properly in shape tools


version: illustrator cs5.1

system: mac os x 10.8.5

 

whenever use shape tool , down arrow keys change attributes, , down arrow keys skip several states. example, star can go 5 points 12 points if tap arrow key once, skipping 6 - 11 pointed stars entirely. happens polygons, spirals, , flare tool well.

 

i tried using different keyboard, problem persisted. used keyboard computer , illustrator behaved fine. it's problem software.

 

i can't find answer problem in google searches or forums. help!

this problem wacom driver possbily use.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
