Page Numbering in Adobe Document


i created document in adobe livecycle designer 8.0 , included page number feature on master page used throughout document.  however, first 2 pages not have page numbers, leaving official page 1 display on third page of document.  best way accomplish this?

use 2 master pages, 1 without numbers, 1 with.

set option 'include in page numbering' on master page numbers.

deselect option on no number master page.

 

on each of page objects, select master page want use on pagination tab.

page 1 & 2 use no number master page, rest use page number master page.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
