Advanced interactions and custom effects

me again,

i still having problems custom effects in advanced actions , though has been escalated senior support within adobe - have today been told trying impossible.

 

i starting worry doing incorrect , want captivate limited. cant believe can not seem work - please me tearing hair out.

oh should bars left hand side buttons - when clicked 3 images shown - have attached example of 1 of images.
