Flash Player Install Complete Still Not Working


today have installed , uninstalled adobe flashplayer 3x. still not work. have used uninstaller. have done insure download , no success. please help.

i got flash player run today after several hours of frustration. after installing latest version of flash, enabling flash add-ons, deleting flash browsing data, , installing , uninstalling flash 20 million times, not work.  used uninstaller , followed guidance find.  turns out adobe guidance led me astray.  see adobe guidance @ http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-games-video-or.html item 2 under "solutions" regarding activex filtering.

 

sheer trial , error, stumbled accross solution.

 

my system config is:

operating system: windows 7 pro

browser: internet explorer 10; not using google chrome.

 

the fix was  uncheck active-x filtering within ie10 (click on safety , uncheck active-x filtering).  in case, active-x filtering had turned off regardless of fact running ie10, not ie9.  mode ie10 running in did not matter either - 2010 mode, 9 mode, compatibility mode.  flash not run in mode until active-x filtering turned off.  adobe guidance points disabling active-x settings when running ie9; not indicate activex needs disabled when running ie10.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
