Photoshop CC does not show image!!


some 1 pease me! have subscribed photoshop cc, have been adobe user fro past 10years failry comfortable user. have opened image (jpeg) see bar containing file name - see image in layers have grey screen in photoshop!!

 

i operating on windows 8.1

 

please advise spending far time trying trouble shoot new equipment , software absolutely no results or improvements work efficency - 10 steps backwards!!

hi,

 

that's issue driver graphics card.

 

have tried updating gpu driver (video/graphics card) driver maker of card?

 

other things try:

 

1. in photoshop cc under edit>prefrences>performance>advanced settings (under says use graphics processor)

   set basic and restart photoshop cc.

 

2. uncheck use graphics processor , restart photoshop cc

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
