error contacting service

i'm trying convert pdf word doc.  both times, message came saying:  error occured trying contact service.  how work?  if doesn't can refund.  opened account little while ago, confirmed it, etc..

please try logging using different browser , check.

do have antivirus software might blocking connectivity?
