Photoshop Actions and Batch Processing Snafu

good day,

i need batch process thousands of files, end result being dimensions should no larger 200x200px. problem lies need rotate portrait-oriented files landscape orientation. deal many rectangular files (originally big 5 foot 10 foot) , end result have horizontal (i.e. vertical ones resting on side).

 

i set action pause , ask me if wanted rotate (it vertical file), every file after asked same question in clicked cancel because did not want the horizontal files rotate, , action did not save rest of them.

 

is there action or script use has "if/then" sort of scenario? example, *if* dimensions taller wide, *then* rotate, otherwise leave file alone?

if you're using photoshop cc, actions conditional, can rotate based on orientation.  if not, need create script that.
