Version 10.1.8 SLOW and locks up Windows Explorer when attempting to select multiple files to open.


user contacted l1 tech support when browsing server & attempting select multiple adobe pdf's.  passed support level 2. level 2 deemed not server recreate issue on machine running 10.1.8 copying in question pdf's or group of random others local machine & same result.

 

other common observations, have latency when opening pdf files via ie in erp application.  seems issue adobe either versioning or inherent problems. ( have read through many "setting mod's & have verified "starting in protected mode" off ) or direction appreciated.  next steps open pdf's product.

 

consistent results on 300+ machines xp w764bit.

could please elaborate issue , provide more information exact version of internet explorer , how try open multiple pdf document using internet explorer @ time.

also tell me if have attempted disable third party brower extention , plug-ins.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
