Issues with AI,PS, and ID

when try open ai, id, ps file windows explorer file not open , keep getting error message 5 telling me need uninstall , reinstall software, have tried ai , did't work. when launch ai or program , open file opens. going on , how fix it?

uninstall entire creative suite, , use cleaner.
