Adobe Exchange will not work in any software


i fed support today!  on 4 hours on chat, keep giving me else , never answer or resolve situation.  had open ticket, closed resolved , never was!!!!

 

my issue adobe exchange.  way through software.  cc software have asks me update through extension manager. when click yes open extension manager, hangs.... little spinning wheel spin day.  if open extension manager. 

 

also, in extension manager, no extensions appear except indesign cc 32 , 64. 

 

i on windows 7 professional extension manager cc version 7.1.0.113

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
