Custom options for "Live Trace" grayed out in CC

hey all

 

 

anyone know why custom option live trace ghosted in cc?

 

 

i haven't changed settings, , far know it's been since initial install.

 

the option there... can't click it...

 

 

i'm running win 7 pro 64-bit 32g ram , core i7.... specs shouldn't issue

 

any appreciated.
