How do I report an outage


all our sites down , haven't clue do. system status doesn't show outage.

try this:

 

login 1 of sites using system domain (your-site.businesscatalyst.com) go & support (upper right corner) , file ticket. there box check "my site down."

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
