How to convert 720x486 into 720x480 without blurring the footage?


i have ntsc footage 720x486 (analogue broadcast size apparently) want convert 720x480 output onto dvd.

i happy trim 3 lines of top , bottom, when import premiere, footage previews (and exports) blurred.  can see plainly there text.

 

is there way of getting 720x486 in 720x480 project?  i've fiddled around field options reversing dominance, order, deflicker etc etc.   no joy.

 

any ideas?

what sequence settings?

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
