Smart Trim Tool in Premiere Elements 12


the smart trim tool not appear on video 1 , audio 1 track in the  expert mode.  sits above on track 2.  normal?  still able trim video and  audio on track 1.

what computer operating system running premiere elements 12 on?

 

could clarifiy mean expectation seeing "smart trim tool" appearing on video 1 , audio 1?

 

i not clear on seeing when "it sits above on track 2."

 

are referring smart trimming described in following version 11 link (same 12)?

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
