3d ray-tracing support


i can't after effects function or render ray-traced 3d text properly. keep getting following error codes:

 

when try ram preview or render = (5070::14)

and after close program (76::0).

it's rendered fine in past, 1 render or few hours , have reboot computer.

i've tried adjusting settings, updating software , drivers, contacting department, etc.

 

i running:

 

mac osx (10.8.5)

processor  2 x 2.66 ghz 6-core intel xeon

memory  48 gb 1333 mhz ddr3 ecc

graphics  nvidia geforce gtx 680 2048 mb

after effects version 12.1.0.168

 

is settings problem? hardware? driver? can shed light on issue?

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
