Download Problems with Premiere

purchased photoshop ele 12 and  premiere ele 12; downloaded photoshop fine, premiere  did not download. loged on account, no recent purchases show, can't re download premiere. how premiere download?

and activate serial number or adobe id.

 

if have problem dl'g, didn't follow 7 steps.  common error involves failing meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds cookie system enabling download correct version adobe.com).  so, browser must accept cookies enable these downloads.
