Poor video recording quality with Presenter 9
i'm trialling presenter 9 , captivate 7.
i have compaq cq61-320sa latop 2.2 ghz dual core processor , 8 gb ram. it's 3 or 4 years old. display adaptor entry in device manager says has mobile intel 4 series express chipset family (microsoft) , driver date. (i should hp's product spec page laptop says 'video graphics - nvidia geforce 8200m g confuses me device manager listing mobile intel 4 series express chipset family?)
when record full screen in presenter (it seems restricted full screen recording in presenter, unlike in captivate), resulting mp4 rendered in high quality. fonts in video nice , sharp. however, if import video powerpoint adobe presenter add in , publish folder on pc 'lossless' setting , click on file 'index.html' playback quality in browser (internet explorer 11) lower. fonts 'blocky'.
i don't think can pc specification because if record full screen in captivate 7 , import mp4 file new project , publish it, quality of published slide great. (again, click on 'index.html' file play published video).
does mean presenter not captivate in terms of video recording quality? encoding engines different?
i love webcam pip functionality , simplicity of presenter seemingly low video quality versus captivate issue me.
any ideas/thoughts appreciated.

i may have answered own question. weekend bought top of range quad core laptop high specification graphics card.
whilst don't see real difference in playback quality of mp4 files made adobe presenter video creator tool in new laptop versus old laptop (both render excellent quality mp4 video files), when published html presenter powerpoint plugin, new laptop produces better quality video. ior example, can see text detail in icons in ribbon of ms word 2013 whereas text in these ribbon icons looked 'blocky' old machine.
so i'm pleased may have found solution. on other hand, i'm wondering reason behind better conversion powerpoint html in new laptop is? surely, improved graphics card can't reason can it?
