Completing the same form for additional products


we collecting data manufacturers products being displayed on exhibition stands.  in order data collected each product, listed on seperate line in excel spreadsheet have put questions each product on 1 form.  manufacturer needs complete form each product displayed, 30 - 40 items.  there way ask them if wish enter product , if answer yes given form again complete without having add company , email address again?  in effect want company , email address appear automatically on forms completed after initial entry or additional forms after first entry link first 1 know has come , entries linked when exporting excel.  have same issue form asking delegates book attend event , same person booking 4 or 5 different delegates same company.  easier if did not have re-enter company details each time.

forms cannot "connected", data cannot filled in form.  can build more complex product ordering form "show/hide" logic show set of form fields based on response, data not populated 1 field or 1 form another.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
