Problems placing .ai in InDesign


when place illustrator .ai images in indesign, turn out pixelated/rough around edges. have tried changing display preferences in indesign high quality, , have tried configuring illustrator copy aicb. neither of these have worked. have suggestions?

a screen capture help.

 

there probablilty of minor image degradation when placing files in id. viewing jpeg preview, not actual paths or pixels of original. not affect output, uses actual image data.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
