supported caption formats

 

  • premiere pro supports reading , writing captions mxf op1a files. captions read , written smpte 436m ancillary data track in mxf op1a file.
  • premiere pro supports importing , exporting cea-708 captions. cea-708 closed caption files can exported sidecar file .mcc or .xml filename format. or can embed cea-708 captions within smpte 436m ancillary data track in mxf op1a files.

 

 

i receive unknown importer error when bringing in mxf op1a files premiere project (cs6).  (creating mxf file through rhozet carbon coder captioned mpeg2 source)

 

does have insight why?

the caption support cite new latest update (7.1).

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
