Thread: Autostart application after resume for suspend


hello all,

have script enable scroll 2 fingers, add autostart applications. works fine, when resume suspend mode, function of touchpad don't work , have run script manually.

problem?

i not sure problem (or in case cannot find solution , yet looking bypass problem), here quick workaround may make life easier:

cuttlefish useful event driven monitor/launcher. runs in background , lunch script every time unlock screen.
notice in case event can sense action of unlocking screen, not waking of laptop suspend mode. meaning, if keep screen regularly unlocked , not require type in password after wake-up, may not work you.

anyway, install:

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
