installing new update of flash player will not install and can't uninstall old verison


been trying install newest adobe player update not install @ gets 7% gpes away tried uninstalling not uninstall need help!!!! i'm using google chrome on macbook pro

google chrome (even on mac) has own proprietary build of flash player ("pepperflash"). it's modified google, embedded google, , maintained google. while adobe collaborates google updates , fixes, it's "their baby" once goes in browser. can't updated through site. updates updating chrome.

 

there instructions perform "clean install" (how perform "clean install" of flash player in mac os x) that's applicable flash player plugin safari , firefox.

 

you can try this:

go to: [username]/library/application support/google/chrome ([username]/library being accessed holding "option" key when clicking "go" finder menu)

inside chrome folder folder named "pepperflash".

trash it, , empty trash.

relaunch chrome.

it should rebuild plugins system files. if not, update chrome , will.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
