Huge project in Premiere Pro CC


hi, i'm working on big project, dozens of thousands of raw media files in hd (different formats, too) imported project, amounting tens of tb's in total. of course, project split in many short sequences, worry is: number of files , the size slow down process or cause constant crashes? still importing files, , program crash, i'm not sure what's problem. computer mac pro. did big projects on before, nothing one.

 

also, possible work 2 projects in premiere pro cc in fcp? cheers.

others can chime in on experiance's large projects in premiere pro. know have lots , lots of folks using premiere projects contains tens of thousands of clips.

 

premiere not allow have multiple projects open @ same time can use media browser browse through project files(.prproj), , access bins, sequences, , clips contained in project. can hover-scrub clips, , import bin, clip, or sequence.

Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
