Flash Player & Windows 8

i have windows 8 have multiple websites telling me have update flash player.  when attempting on adobe site told windows 8 has program embedded in softwarde.  despite following troubleshooting suggestions continue experience these problems.  how can update software or there other options try.

i can't bring myself "sugar coat" anymore.

 

stop using internet exploder. period.

 

it's worst browser there is. because microsoft includes windows, doesn't mean it's thing can use surf web. unless you're using company computer , restricted using else, it's senseless torture ie.

 

chrome (free google) isn't better. while works ie doesn't, it's major resource hog. it's used browser out there, that's because of android phones have it. besides, lot of people do;t because sftware  companies "bundle" downloads , updates - adobe included.
safari (free apple) good, safe, fast browser plenty of features , customizable extensions.
opera (also free) more of "bare bones" interface, it's customizable too, , faster, safer & more reliable ie.

firefox (free... , browser use) fast, safe, customizable, , has tons of extensions things blocking annoying ads.

 

for of these (except chrome - has it's own plugin, ie in windows 8) you'll need flash player plug-in (for other browsers) you'll able flash pages can't or don't recognize ie11, anf won't annoyed constant "are sure want run this...?" warnings ie's activex controls.
