hi, use "microsoft wireless laser 6000".

1 annoying thing 1 scroll wheel way sensitive.

advice on quality (and commonly available) brand of mouse feels robust , works ubuntu?

i use logitech g5 on 1 of ubuntu systems , logitech vx nano on other, both work superbly. have used logitech mx 1100 in past. unfortunately, g5 not have "hyper-scrolling" feature.

out of curiosity, aware mouse sensitivity can adjusted in ubuntu settings / preferences?

hi, if developing platform independent software in linux using gtk+/gtkmm , you've managed cross compile windows, guide you. i'm posting because after researching topic myself, encountered many posts people have abandoned gtk+/gtkmm wxwidgets because of gtks ugly default appearance in windows/wine. gtk+ themeable in windows/wine gnome. have set correctly . . . here's how. guide gtkmm gtk+ similar. (1) firstly, download , install gtkmm windows using wine. Thread: Twinview issues

hi all, recovered white screen of death having reinstalling nvidia drivers via command line in recovery mode. when rebooted after that, fine, except 1 of monitors not displaying anything. ran sudo nvidia xconfig, created conf file me, issue not resolved. in x server settings, secondary monitor (the 1 not displaying), detected , enabled in twinview, resolution not detected , screen black. if try switching workspaces, little window showing workspaces show second monitor sitting next monitor, same in x server settings. options have resolving this? lot!
